Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations, uphold policies, and inspire teams. You will be cross trained across departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth daily performance.

This role offers a path from Assistant Manager to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months on the job, with opportunities for growth within Cinemark.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School or GED preferred
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses

Responsibilities

• Follows General Manager direction and supports staff decisions
• Trains and coaches team members in job functions
• Ensures guest service standards and policies are followed
• Participates in reports and administrative tasks for the GM
• Maintains safety and cleanliness standards across theatre areas
