Cinemark is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to support theatre operations and staff across departments. You will train team members, ensure policy adherence, and assist in reporting for the General Manager.

Qualifications

• High school or GED required; completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program preferred.
• Must complete basic food handling training and any local health certifications as required.
• Management staff handling alcohol must complete Safe Alcohol Service training.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager and communicate with staff to implement decisions.
• Work across departments and train team members in their roles.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to Cinemark guidelines.
• Engage with guests to deliver superior customer service and resolve issues.
