Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate our theatre and drive guest satisfaction. This role involves cross-training across departments, coaching team members, and supporting the General Manager in daily operations.

Successful candidates will complete Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program and demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. The position requires flexible hours, a focus on safety, and a commitment to outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program trainings
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays
• Excellent Guest service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Able to follow direction and maintain high work ethic

Responsabilités

• Follows the direction of the General Manager
• Supports General Manager’s decisions in communication with staff
• Responsible for working in all departments and all theatre job functions
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions
• Assists in preparation of administrative and special reports
• Observes and participates in inspection of theatre building and equipment
• Reports needs for repairs to General Manager
• Ensures staff follow dress code and provide superior customer service
• Enforces Cinemark guidelines and reporting protocols
• Addresses safety or security issues and performs other duties as assigned
