Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate the theatre, train staff, and ensure policies are followed. You will work across departments and support the General Manager while developing leadership skills through the Management Accreditation Program.

This role requires 18+, a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a focus on guest service and safety to deliver a top cinema experience.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 18 years of age.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses preferred.
• Basic food handling training and local/state certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in theatre operations and ensure policies are followed.
• Train and coach team members across departments.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure guest service standards and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness across the theatre facilities.
