Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Completed Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Food handling training and any local/state mandated certification.
• Safe Alcohol Service training required for roles handling alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager and communicate with staff.
• Work in all departments and train team members.
• Coach team members in their roles.
• Assist in preparing administrative reports.
• Ensure guest service and standards are consistently met.
