Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations and ensure highest standards. You will be cross-trained across departments, coach team members, and support the General Manager in daily decisions to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

This role emphasizes strong leadership, safety awareness, and reliable communications with staff and guests, with opportunities to progress into senior roles after completing the Management Accreditation Program.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the General Manager and support staff across departments.
• Train and coach Team Members in their job functions.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed.
• Interact with guests to provide superior customer service and resolve issues.
• Lead or participate in cleaning, safety, and daily operation tasks.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and attendance with a strong work ethic.
