Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations, train staff, and ensure service standards across all departments.

This role supports the General Manager, participates in the Management Accreditation Program, and serves as a key step toward Theatre Manager. You’ll lead by example, manage schedules, assist in reports, and ensure safety and guest satisfaction while maintaining a friendly, energetic team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Completes basic courses within Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local/state certifications when required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Excellent guest service and cash handling skills.
• Strong time management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions with staff.
• Trains and coaches team members in their functions.
• Assists in administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness and compliance with Cinemark guidelines.
• Interacts with guests to provide superior service.
• Enforces company policies and training standards.
• Maintains positive relations and handles conflicts professionally.
