Job summary

Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations, ensuring policies and standards are followed and goals are met. You will work across departments to coach staff, handle guest service, and assist in reporting and operational oversight.

Growth opportunities include progression to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and gaining required experience. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program basic courses.
• Food handling training and any required local/state certifications.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports decisions in communication with staff.
• Operates across departments and supervises theatre functions.
• Trains and coaches team members on job functions.
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensures policies and standards are followed and safety checks are performed.
