Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports staff.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in job functions.
• Assists in administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Ensures staff adhere to dress code and safety policies.
• Interacts with guests to deliver superior customer service.
• Enforces Cinemark guidelines and reporting protocols.
