Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily theatre operations, uphold policies, and guide staff across departments. This role offers pathways toward Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service.

Ideal candidates excel in guest service, training teams, and maintaining high standards of operation, safety, and dress code compliance.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions in communication with staff.
• Responsible for working in all departments and theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Interacts with Guests to ensure superior customer service.
