Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate theatres, ensure policy adherence, and uphold service standards. This role offers cross-training across departments and a clear path to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager through the Management Accreditation Program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Food handling training and any required local/state certifications.
• Must complete Safe Alcohol Service training if handling alcohol.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic, friendly attitude with guests.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math.
• Able to communicate with all ages and maintain English proficiency.
• Ability to train and lead others.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsabilités

• Follow General Manager directions and support decisions.
• Trains and coaches team members in their functions.
• Assist in administrative and special reports preparation.
• Inspect theatre facilities and report repairs.
• Ensure dress code compliance and customer service quality.
• Enforce Cinemark policies and employee relations procedures.
• Identify hazards and ensure safety practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
