Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager in Asheville to support the theatre’s daily operations and lead cross‑department teams. You will train staff, ensure policy compliance, and help drive excellent guest service while maintaining safety and standards.

The role offers growth into Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager through the Management Accreditation Program. Ideal candidates are 18+, with a High School diploma, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses within the program.

Responsibilities

• Follow the General Manager's direction and support staff communication.
• Work in all departments and theatre functions.
• Train and coach team members in their roles.
• Assist in preparing reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of theatre facilities and equipment.
• Maintain dress code and deliver superior guest service.
• Resolve conflicts and lead others with a strong work ethic.
