Cinemark in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily theatre operations. You will work across departments, uphold policies, and train employees to deliver great guest service.

This role leads toward Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager through the Management Accreditation Program, with shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Excellent guest service and cash handling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions in communication with the staff.
• Responsible for working in all departments and all theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Assists in the preparation of administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Interacts with Guests to ensure superior Customer service.
