Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run theatre operations and support all departments. You will train staff, enforce policies, and ensure guest satisfaction while preparing reports for the General Manager.

This role offers a clear path toward Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program. The position requires flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Complete Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Complete basic food handling training and obtain required certifications.
• Safe Alcohol Service training for managers who work with alcohol.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent guest service.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math.
• Clear English communication.
• Ability to train and lead others.
• Ability to resolve conflict.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports GM decisions in staff communication.
• Works in all departments and theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches team members in their roles.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Inspects theatre building, parking, landscaping, and equipment.
• Reports needs for repairs to the GM.
• Ensures dress code compliance.
• Interacts with guests to ensure superb service.
• Enforces Cinemark policies and conducts fairly.
• Reports employee relations issues to GM.
• Follows Employee Relations Reporting Protocol.
• Maintains high work ethic and conduct standards.
• Performs safety and cleaning duties as assigned.
