Cinemark seeks an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations, lead and train staff, and ensure excellent guest service. You will work across departments, follow policy, manage schedules, and help drive operational standards.

A Management Accreditation program path can advance you to Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager. Qualified candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, and training in management and safety protocols.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program required.
• Food handling training and any local certifications may be required.
• Ability to train and lead others; strong guest service focus.

Responsabilidades

• Follow the General Manager's direction and support staff communications.
• Work in all departments and assist in theatre operations.
• Train and coach team members in their roles.
• Prepare reports for the General Manager.
• Oversee safety, cleanliness, and uniform compliance.
• Ensure guests receive superior service and resolve issues promptly.
• Enforce Cinemark guidelines and reporting protocols.
• Lead teams with urgency, time management, and detail.
