Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run our theatre operations. You will work across departments, train staff, and help implement policies to ensure top-notch guest experiences.

Potential career path includes Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program. Responsibilities include supporting the General Manager, coaching team members, and preparing reports.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent Guest service and cash handling skills.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Team player with leadership abilities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports GM decisions in communication with staff.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their job functions.
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports.
• Ensures theatre and property cleanliness and safety.
• Interacts with Guests to provide superior service.
• Enforces Cinemark guidelines and conduct with fairness.
• Reports employee relations issues to the GM.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
