Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations in Charlotte, NC. You will be cross trained across departments, mentoring employees and ensuring policies are followed to deliver a consistent guest experience.

You’ll progress through the Management Accreditation Program toward Senior Assistant Manager and beyond, with flexible shifts to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Complete Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Complete basic food handling training and obtain required permits.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to train and lead others and handle conflicts professionally.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their job functions.
• Interacts with Guests to provide superior service.
• Enforces Cinemark policies and procedures with fairness.
• Reports safety or maintenance issues to the General Manager.
