Cinemark is looking for an Assistant Manager to help run daily theatre operations in a fast-paced environment. You will work across departments, train staff, and support the General Manager to ensure high standards and guest satisfaction.

The role offers opportunities to advance to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months on the job.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.

Aufgaben

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions in communication with the staff.
• Responsible for working in all departments and all theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Assists in the preparation of administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Observes and participates in the theatre building, property, and equipment inspections.
