Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations across departments and drive guest satisfaction. You will be cross-trained to cover various roles and develop staff through the Management Accreditation Program, with potential to advance to Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager after six months in the program.

Successful candidates will lead by example, manage shifts, ensure safety and compliance, and uphold company policies while delivering exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to train and lead others and provide excellent Guest service.
• Strong cash handling and math skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist General Manager and support decisions across departments.
• Train and coach team members in their functions.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies.
• Deliver superior customer service and hospitality to guests.
• Follow Cinemark’s guidelines and reporting protocols.
