holders of the Management Accreditation Program will progress through a structured path toward senior roles, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a dynamic cinema team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program is required.
• Basic food handling training and any local health certifications where required.

Responsibilities

• Follow General Manager directions and support staff communication.
• Work across all theatre departments and train team members.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Inspect theatre facilities and report repairs as needed.
• Enforce dress code and provide superior guest service.
• Adhere to Cinemark guidelines and employee relations protocols.
• Address safety, security, and cleaning tasks as required.
