Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations across all departments and train staff. You will follow General Manager directives, ensure customer service excellence, and help prepare reports for leadership.

Role includes coaching Team Members, addressing safety issues, and upholding policies. A clear path to Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager exists after MAP completion and six months of service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses within MAP.
• Complete basic food handling training and obtain any local/state certification when required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently, with good cash handling and math skills.
• Must communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall operation of the theatre and follow GM directions.
• Interact with Guests to ensure superior customer service.
• Train and coach Team Members in their job functions.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Identify safety and security issues and report repairs as needed.
• Ensure Team Members follow dress code and policies fairly.
