Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED required.
• Complete Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Food handling training and any local/state certifications if required.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and cash handling skills.
• Able to communicate in English and work both in teams and independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall theatre operations and uphold policies.
• Train and coach team members across departments.
• Support administration and reporting tasks for the General Manager.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and proper dress code compliance.
• Engage with guests to provide outstanding service and resolve issues.
