Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations and ensure adherence to policies and standards. You will work across departments, training staff and supporting the General Manager in daily tasks.

The role offers growth through the Management Accreditation Program and advancement to Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager after six months of service. Excellent guest service and safety are key expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program prerequisites within required time frame.
• Must complete local health/safety certifications as applicable.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong cash handling and math skills; able to communicate in English.

Responsabilités

• Assist in overall theatre operations and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Cross-train across departments to support operations and training.
• Train and coach team members in their roles and job functions.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure customer service is consistently excellent and safety standards are met.
• Respond to issues promptly and uphold high work ethics.
