Job summary

Regal Downingtown is seeking Floor Staff to provide exceptional service across Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles. Positions are available as variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular, or full-time hourly roles with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include cash handling, POS operation, upselling Premium Viewing, and promoting Regal Crown Club while ensuring guest safety and MPAA compliance in a fast-paced cinema environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash with accuracy.
• Good public speaking and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Box Office: operate POS system, handle cash and sales, upsell Premium Viewing Experience, promote Regal Crown Club, ensure MPAA compliance, answer guest questions.
• Concession: operate POS, manage cash, stock inventory, upsell, ensure food safety compliance, breaks and alcohol rules where applicable.
• Usher: tear tickets, direct patrons to seats, monitor auditoriums, enforce MPAA ratings, inspect theatre areas, assist with opening/closing duties, maintain cleanliness.
