Job summary

Regal in Newtown Square, PA is hiring Floor Staff to support Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles. You will be scheduled as variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular, or full-time hourly, delivering exceptional guest service and upholding company policies.

Candidates should maintain attendance, handle emergencies, and follow dress code. Roles involve operating POS, promoting Regal Crown Club, adhering to MPAA ratings, and contributing to a safe, clean theatre environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress toward completion.
• If alcohol service is required, complete any legally required state/local training and Regal BEV training.
• Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office POS and manage cash drawer, cards, and tickets.
• Upsell Premium Viewing experiences and promote Crown Club.
• Maintain compliance with MPAA ratings and company policy.
• Assist in Concession operations and stock management.
• Direct patrons as ushers and ensure theatre safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned.
