Cinemark is seeking a motivated Team Member to create a welcoming guest experience in our theatres. You will handle ticketing, merchandise, and concessions while providing accurate information about showtimes and policies.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, interact with guests of all ages, and collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable theatre atmosphere. This role requires a flexible schedule and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent Guest service.
• Able to communicate in English clearly.
• Able to work in a team environment and independently.
• Able to take and follow directions.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates the POS system for all transactions at the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Ensures tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA ratings and policy.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and event details.
• Responds to phone calls and questions professionally.
• Conducts theatre inspections for presentation quality and safety.
• Keeps theatre clean and debris-free in all areas.
• Prepares food and operates cooking and warming equipment as needed.
• Regularly sanitizes high-contact areas.
• Complies with local health and safety laws.
• Monitors safety issues and reports to management.
• Assists with opening and closing duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
