Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests and team members.
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on your register.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to their auditorium.
• Provide pricing, movie information, and details on events or promotions.
• Respond to guest questions in a professional, courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across lobby, restrooms, and auditoriums.
