Job summary

Regal theatres are seeking staff to fill variable hour, part-time fixed/regular or full-time hourly roles focused on delivering exceptional guest service. You may be scheduled at the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher, with responsibilities spanning ticketing, food service and audience support.

Key duties include operating POS systems, promoting Regal Crown Club, upselling Premium Viewing experiences, and ensuring MPAA compliance while maintaining a clean, safe theatre environment.

Qualifications

• Cast certification program required or in progress.
• Progress toward box office cashier certification.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math abilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure and multitask.

Responsibilities
