Job summary

Harvard University is seeking a Ticket Services Representative to join the Patron System/Ticket Services Department. You will process ticketing transactions, maintain accurate customer data in Tessitura, and assist patrons by phone, email, or in person in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task. This is a 25-hour per week hybrid position with occasional overtime during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a box office environment using Tessitura or similar CRM database.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process ticketing transactions and maintain accurate constituent data in Tessitura.
• Answer patron inquiries via phone, email, in person and online chat.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily operations.
• Support subscription orders, ticket exchanges and donations as needed.
• Communicate with supervisor about department issues and prioritize workload.
