Job summary

Harris Theater for Music and Dance seeks a Tessitura Administrator to manage day-to-day ticketing and CRM operations, including database administration, reporting, and revenue support across all programs. You’ll collaborate with Marketing on pricing and inventory, build events for Harris Theater Presents and visiting companies, and improve audience experiences.

Qualifications

• At least four years of experience in Tessitura ticketing operations and database management.
• Experience with TN Express Web (TNEW) for online paths.
• Ticketmaster experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with SQL and HTML is preferred.
• Strong written communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to collaborate with Resident and Visiting Companies.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Tessitura events, subscriptions, and pricing structures for all programs.
• Collaborate with Marketing on pricing strategies and inventory management.
• Prepare analytics dashboards and regular reports for data-informed decisions.
• Support financial settlements and monthly ticketing revenue reporting.
• Develop contracts for Resident and Visiting Companies with Operations leadership.
• Coordinate data exports and imports across Tessitura, Patron Manager, Spektrix, and related systems.
• Oversee reconciliation of Tessitura with third-party brokers and payment processors.
