Job summary

This role focuses on data accuracy, multi‑channel patron contact, and dependable attendance during a production cycle. The position requires 25 hours per week with a schedule across midweek and weekend shifts; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Two years of box office experience using Tessitura or similar CRM database.
• Experience with ticketing transactions and patron data management.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and work in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Process all ticketing transactions and maintain accurate patron data in Tessitura.
• Update records as needed and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Assist patrons by phone, in person, email, and online chat; resolve questions and issues.
• Handle single-ticket orders, subscriptions, exchanges, donations, and other requests.
• Support opening/closing procedures and participate in department projects.
