Job summary

Omaha Performing Arts is seeking a Patron Services Rep to deliver high-quality service across ticket channels (phone, walk-up, Internet) using Tessitura. You will reconcile sales, process exchanges, and support patrons with a friendly, problem-solving approach.

The role requires strong cash handling, teamwork, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; bilingual Spanish is preferred. Evening and weekend availability is expected to serve patrons and help the organization meet its goals.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years prior customer service experience.
• Ability to efficiently and accurately handle cash transactions and reconciliation.
• Proven ability to work well with others in a team-based environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint).
• Proficient in using personal computer hardware and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish Preferred.
• Requires evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Processes ticket transactions on Tessitura (online, in person, phone).
• Balances daily ticket sales with other representatives.
• Upholds ticketing policies and customer service procedures.
• Represents O-pa professionally when resolving patron issues or complaints.
• Learns current systems, policies and procedures and stays updated.
• Provides effective service to patrons, including address updates and new patron records.
• Completes weekly department projects as assigned by the Patron Services Manager.
• Functions as a member of the Patron Services team.
