Job summary

Seattle Rep is seeking a Database Technician to manage Tessitura operations, support performance events, and maintain data integrity. The role focuses on building dashboards, handling advanced list extractions, and collaborating with the Marketing and Finance teams to ensure accurate revenue reporting.

The position requires strong organizational skills, two years of Tessitura experience, and the ability to work in a hybrid setting and during events or emergencies.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience with Tessitura or other comparable CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tessitura database operational support across departments.
• Build and maintain Tessitura performance events, pricing, promo codes, and content with Marketing staff.
• Assist with segmentation, reporting, and data analytics; support dashboards and basic web functionalities.
• Aid in complex Tessitura use cases like list extractions and data retrieval for reports.
• Support testing, rollout, and documentation of new Tessitura features and upgrades.
