The Smith Center for the Performing Arts in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Ticketing Manager to lead ticketing setup for events, pricing, and sales configurations across channels. You will collaborate with leadership, promoters, touring productions, Marketing, and internal teams to ensure configurations meet operational needs and drive revenue.

You will own day-to-day ticketing integrations and support improvements to ticketing systems and workflows, enhancing patron purchasing experiences and event

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant, progressive experience.
• Five or more years of experience in ticketing operations.
• Three or more years of experience with ticketing software platforms in an entertainment setting.
• Experience providing technical support and troubleshooting ticketing software issues.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with pricing, events, and data.

Aufgaben

• Set up performances, ticket products, pricing, promotions, fees, and venue configurations in the ticketing system across all sales channels.
• Build and support subscription ticket sales with accurate packages, pricing, and inventory.
• Manage ticketing integrations and services supporting ecommerce, delivery, and access control.
• Implement inventory/configuration updates during the sales cycle (pricing, zones, seating, holds).
• Coordinate with Marketing and internal/external teams for implementation, testing, and maintenance of integrations.
• Collaborate with promoters and internal departments to align event configurations with operations.
• Provide ticket sales/inventory reports to promoters and productions.
• Support online ticket purchasing experience and onsales across digital channels.
• Generate patron and transaction lists for communications and campaigns.
• Identify and implement improvements in ticketing configurations and workflows.
