Harvard University—American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) seeks a Ticket Services Representative to manage ticketing transactions and customer data with Tessitura. You will assist patrons across channels, process subscriptions and exchanges, and support department operations in a fast-paced, arts-focused environment.

This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work 25 hours per week with flexible scheduling as production needs arise.

Competenze

• Two years of experience in a box office environment using Tessitura or similar CRM database.

Mansioni

• Process ticketing transactions accurately and maintain constituent records in Tessitura.
• Assist patrons by phone, email, in person and online chat to complete transactions.
• Support opening/closing procedures and contribute to department projects.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety guidelines, and attendance expectations.
