Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Ability to lead and train others in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in daily operations across all departments.
• Train and coach team members in their specific duties.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
