Cinemark Assistant Managers help run theatre operations, ensuring policies and standards are met while supporting teams across departments. This role trains staff, handles reports, and collaborates with the General Manager to maintain service excellence.

You will be cross trained, advance through the Management Accreditation Program, and could progress to Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager after six months of service. Customer focus and leadership are essential.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program within MAP.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Assist General Manager and support theatre operations.
• Train and coach Team Members in their functions.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure theatre policies and procedures are followed and standards are met.
• Provide excellent Guest service and maintain safety and cleanliness.
