Cinemark Assistant Managers assist in the overall operation of the theatre and ensure policies and procedures are followed. They are cross trained in all departments to support where needed and to provide inspirational training to all Employees.

The role offers a path through the Management Accreditation Program, leading to Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager after six months of service and completion of required trainings.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program basics.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports GM’s decisions in communication with staff.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Assists in preparation of administrative and special reports.
• Interacts with guests to ensure superior customer service.
