Cinemark Assistant Managers support theatre operations, ensuring policy adherence and high standards. They are cross-trained across departments and mentored toward Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager roles after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service.

Responsibilities include directing staff, coaching, preparing administrative reports, and maintaining safety and guest service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and lead others and work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow the General Manager's direction and support decisions.
• Train and coach team members in their functions.
• Assist in admin reports and theater inspections.
• Ensure compliance with dress code and safety policies.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve conflicts.
