Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate the theatre and ensure policies are followed while delivering outstanding guest service.

You will be cross-trained across departments, train team members, and support the General Manager. The role leads by example, oversees safety and operations, and progresses toward a Senior Assistant Manager through the Management Accreditation Program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Provides excellent Guest service.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Interacts with Guests for improved service and ensures superior customer service.
• Ensures Team Members follow the dress code.
• Reports Employee relations issues to the General Manager.
