Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily theatre operations, ensuring policies are followed and service standards are met. You will work across departments, train staff, and support General Manager decisions.

This role also involves inspecting facilities, addressing safety concerns, and maintaining high guest satisfaction. As part of the Management Accreditation Program, you will gain cross-training opportunities, advance toward Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre

Qualifications

• Requires excellent guest service and communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules in a fast-paced theatre.
• Training and coaching team members to meet CineMark standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow General Manager directions and support decisions.
• Train and coach Team Members in their job functions.
• Assist in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Inspect theatre facilities and report needed repairs to the GM.
• Ensure dress code compliance and superior customer service.
• Address safety hazards and sanitation per guidelines.
• Communicate with guests to maintain high service levels.
• Report employee relations issues to the General Manager.
