Toast is seeking a Bilingual Strategic Cuisines Flex Account Executive (Thai) based out of New York, NY, operating from a personal home office. You will drive Thai cuisine restaurant growth, using a consultative approach to convert inbound demand, generate new opportunities, and close contracts in Thai and English.

Global compensation includes base, commissions, and bonuses, with hybrid collaboration across Toast teams.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Thai is required.
• Prior sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a feedback-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing qualified leads in the market you support.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations in the customer's language.
• Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer's language.
• Coordinate with onboarding to ensure post-sale success.
• Understand the competitive landscape to position Toast effectively.
• Communicate with Thai-speaking customers and Toast staff in respective languages.
• Interviews and processes conducted primarily in English.
• Note: Toast will not sponsor work visas for this role.
