Job summary

Toast is seeking a Bilingual Strategic Cuisines Flex Account Executive (Thai) in Boston, MA. This role focuses on growing Toast’s presence within Thai Cuisine restaurants, using a consultative sales approach to convert inbound demand and build relationships in Thai and English.

The position supports both Thai-speaking customers and Toast employees, with onboarding and post-sale success as a priority. A hybrid/homed-based setup is described, with an English-dominant interview process.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Thai is required (oral and written).
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial and feedback-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing qualified leads in the market you support.
• Conduct discovery calls & product demonstrations in the customer’s preferred language.
• Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer’s preferred language.
• Ensure onboarding team and customer are set up for success post-sale.
• Understand the competitive landscape to position Toast effectively.
• Communicate with Thai-speaking customers and Toast employees in the respective languages.
