Job summary

Toast is seeking a bilingual Thai-speaking Strategic Cuisines Account Executive in Chicago to drive new customer growth. You will lead calls, demos, and contract negotiations in Thai and English, serving Thai cuisine restaurants and collaborating with Toast teams across the org.

You will use a consultative approach to identify customer needs and demonstrate how Toast’s end-to-end platform helps restaurants run better. This role involves field activity from a home office with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Thai required (oral and written).
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial and feedback-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing qualified leads in the market you support.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations in the customer’s preferred language.
• Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer’s preferred language.
• Ensure our onboarding team and customer are set up for success post sale.
• Understand the competitive landscape to position Toast effectively.
