Toast is seeking a Strategic Cuisines Account Executive to grow Toast’s presence in Thai cuisine restaurants in the United States. The role involves leading with a consultative sales approach, conducting calls and demos in the customer’s language, and closing contracts while coordinating with onboarding for post-sale success.

You will leverage bilingual English/Thai communication to engage restaurateurs and build trusted relationships, with interviews primarily in English and no visa sponsorship

Qualifications

• Fluency in spoken and written English and Thai required.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Follow up on marketing qualified leads in your market.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demos in the customer's preferred language.
• Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer's preferred language.
• Coordinate with onboarding to set the customer up for success after sale.
• Assess the competitive landscape to position Toast effectively.
• Utilize Thai for customer communications; English for internal Toast communications.
• Interviews conducted primarily in English.
• Sponsorship not available for this role.
