Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically eight to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Direct Sales Representatives within the assigned territory.
• Own revenue, volume, and market share objectives; establish and achieve sales and budget goals.
• Develop and administer the annual budget; train and motivate sales team.
• Build and maintain profitable customer relationships; expand market opportunities.
• Identify market trends and monitor competitor activity.
• Cultivate relationships with industry associations and community networks.
• Travel required; home-based role.
