U.S. Legal Support is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead and grow the Texas territory within the legal services market.

The role focuses on expanding existing client relationships, developing new opportunities, and positioning the company as a trusted partner for law firms, corporate legal departments, and insurers. Strong consultative sales skills and a proven revenue track record are essential.

Qualifications

• Legal industry experience required (litigation support, court reporting, etc.).
• Proven success in business development or outside sales.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales goals and metrics.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory growth strategies to exceed sales objectives.
• Maintain and expand client relationships; identify new opportunities.
• Build relationships across client organizations at all levels.
• Promote and sell litigation support services with a consultative approach.
• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Understand pricing, service offerings and value propositions.
• Maximize revenue through account management and business development.
• Provide client training and support on services and technology.
• Generate new business via networking, referrals, events, and prospecting.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with operations and client service teams for excellent customer experience.
