Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) seeks a Clinical Services Director (CSD) to manage key client relationships across markets nationwide with a remote-first approach. You will own the cadence infrastructure, coordinate staffing, credentialing, and onboarding, and collaborate with VP leadership to deliver high-quality service and measurable retention.

Travel up to 50% is expected to cover assigned markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, account management, or clinical services administration, preferably within anesthesia or physician practice management.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% across markets.

Responsibilities

• Own cadence and accountability infrastructure for client relationships and CRM records.
• Serve as first point of resolution for operational issues across markets and functions.
• Advocate for clinicians, partner on recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing.
• Provide capacity relief to Regional Vice Presidents by owning the operational and relational side of account management.
• Identify expansion opportunities and surface market intelligence to leadership.
