Job summary

NAPA Anesthesia is seeking a Clinical Services Director to oversee operational health and clinician experience across assigned markets. Remote-first deployment with travel to Central Virginia and other markets as needed, collaborating with VPs to ensure high-quality client engagements.

The role requires strong financial literacy, cross-functional leadership, and expert relationship management with clinicians, hospital admins, and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, account management, or clinical services administration.
• Demonstrated track record of managing complex client relationships and driving retention or satisfaction outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own cadence and accountability infrastructure for healthy client relationships and ensure meetings occur as scheduled.
• Provide staffing coverage, credentialing coordination, and issue escalation within assigned markets.
• Partner with RVP and VP to drive expansion opportunities and cross-credentialing opportunities.
