Job summary

Standard Bots is seeking a Sales Engineer to own day-to-day commercial execution in Texas. You will prospect, discover, run demos, prepare proposals, and close deals, building relationships with plant managers, operations leads, and automation engineers.

Work remotely within your territory, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. You will partner with the Implementation team for turn-key integration and ensure accurate CRM updates throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of B2B sales in robotics or automation.
• Proven quota attainment with numbers to show.
• Ability to lead technical conversations with plant-floor audiences and translate to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, discover, demo, propose, and close deals within the assigned Texas territory.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline; maintain CRM with activity and stage updates.
• Collaborate with regional managers on territory priorities and account strategy.
